At Lenstorm, every pair is made to order — your prescription lenses are cut, coated, and fitted just for you. And shipping is always free. Here's exactly what to expect after you place your order.
Free Shipping on Every Order
Shipping is 100% free on all orders — no minimum spend, no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay: a complete pair from $69, all-in.
Estimated Delivery Time
Because each pair is custom-made to your prescription, your order goes through a short crafting step before it ships. The timeframes below cover the whole journey — from the moment you order to the moment it arrives at your door:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–10 business days
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons (such as major holidays), delivery may take a little longer.
Order Tracking
As soon as your glasses ship, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page. Don't see your confirmation email? Check your spam folder, or email us at support@lenstorm.com.
Where We Ship
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and many international destinations. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email support@lenstorm.com and we'll do our best to help.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs office. These charges are determined by your country and are the recipient's responsibility — they are not included in your order total.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address within 12 hours of your order, before it enters production. We're unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10+ business days, please reach out to support@lenstorm.com with your order number. We'll investigate right away and make it right.
